Payment

- We kindly accept payment in the form of Cash or Debit/Credit Card
- For online bookings, a valid credit/debit card is required to secure your reservation; rest assured, your card will only be charged if the booking is cancelled with less than 48 hours notice
- Payment is due at the end of each session. In the case of block bookings, payment is expected upfront
- Our block bookings are structured for weekly use (1 session per week for six weeks) and should be completed within three months. Extensions can be granted under special circumstances. Please note that refunds or partial refunds for block bookings are only available if cancelled by Balans Acupuncture

Cancellations

- To cancel a booking, we kindly ask for a minimum of 48 hours notice
- Should you need to cancel within less than 48 hours, the full session price will be charged to the card on file
- Bookings made without valid card verification will be invoiced, with payment expected within seven days or at the next session, whichever comes first
- If you anticipate being late, please inform us. Late arrivals beyond 15 minutes of the appointment start time will unfortunately result in cancellation and a charge

- Our treatments at Balans Acupuncture are intended to complement, not replace, conventional Western medical opinions or treatments
- Please disclose all past and present medical conditions to your practitioner

- Data is retained for seven years

- Your personal data will not be shared without consent, except for specific individuals/agencies listed
